Well, that's just crazy...

I didn't mean to, but I just started this book less than one and 1/2 hours ago, and I'm already a fourth of the way through.  It's just that easy a read.  I love reading in the vernacular (I may have mentioned that during Huck Finn), and the story is very interesting as well.  See - it does not have to be all cuss words and sex to catch someone's attention (okay, that was directed at Henry Miller, not most of  the other 22 books I've read from this list).  At this rate, I'll be finishing up tomorrow - so to slow myself down a little, guess I should work on some schoolwork anyway.  Hopefully, I'll find the life of Elizabeth I just as compelling.
